The HBCU Leadership Academy is a hands-on, leadership development program helping Black college students bridge the gap between learning and doing. Students gain leadership know-how by co-developing and co-managing the HBCU Day-One-Ready Academy. This remote, 10-week internship program is paid and invitation only.
