HBCU Day-One-Ready Academy

The HBCU Day-One-Ready Academy is a student-led, empowered-powered internship and mentoring program. Over 10 weeks, students from America's 100 HBCUs pair up to build college-to-career skills through our peer-to-pro network, in a community rooted in service. This hybrid program is open to eligible HBCU students.
