Community Investment Network (CIN)
CIN a national network of African-Americans and donors of color giving circles, showcases this love through the collective, strategic, and collaborative giving circle model. CIN utilizes the investment of time, talent, treasure, and testimony for the benefit of others.

Joy Webb
Joy is the Program Director for CIN and a graduate of Florida A&M University with a BS in Graphic Design. She went on to earn her MBA from the University of Phoenix. Joy is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. She is also certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid. As a native of Decatur, Georgia, Joy volunteers and servesve community advocate.

Tobi Shannon
Tobi currently serves as a board member on the Community Investment Network board. Her work in philanthropy began at a young age, observing and learning from her parents, who instilled an inherent sense of purpose to uplift her local and global communities. Through various projects, Tobi works to implement strategy and create sustainable and long-lasting solutions for various systemic problems. Tobi attended Spelman College for undergrad and recently graduated with an MBA and MPA in sustainable solutions from Presidio Graduate School. She works with the corporate social responsibility team at S&P Global.
