Micro Leadership Program

The HBCU Micro Leadership Program helps students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) bridge the gap between learning and doing.

What is a Micro Leadership Program?
Developed by HBCU First, a Micro Leadership Program is a remote, leadership development internship designed for & by college students.

Through meaningful, research-based projects and weekly 1:1 growth sessions (with leadership), student interns gain entrepreneurial skills and professional leadership experience. Micro Leadership Programs are part-time, 10-week internships taking place during the summer, fall, and spring semesters.

Our diverse team of HBCU interns work (remotely) alongside our founder to develop student resources, tools, and programs serving their peers, and themselves.
